Through our charitable donations, we strive to help those agencies in Avery County so that individuals, families and animals have access to the resources and support they require to thrive.

Our Story: 

The idea of the High Country Charitable Foundation was conceived by a small group of local residents who recognize the importance of giving back to the community. The High Country Charitable Foundation is one of the largest foundations in Western, North Carolina. We proudly support over 30 organizations across Avery County each year!
